Dr. Christensen grew up in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He graduated from University of Nevada Reno School of Medicine in 2017. He served as chief resident during his residency training at the UNLV School of Medicine. He was involved in research throughout his training and has multiple publications in the area of Schizophrenia. In 2021, Dr. Christensen received advanced certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C).
Dr. Christensen currently sees patients in several different settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, emergency rooms, and in a consult and liaison role. His practice approach is to treat the patient as a whole. He is dedicated to providing the best in diagnosis and treatment to put his patients on the path to healing and enriched living. Dr. Christensen enjoys spending time with his family, vacations, and is an avid fan of baseball.
